Partner Speed Dials


Personal Speed Dials

These Speed Dials can only be accessable from YOUR Extension.

  1. With the Handset in the cradel...

  2. Dial FEATURE 00
    Screen should read - Program Ext ("yours")
  3. Dial FEATURE and select a two digit code from 80 - 99
    ( This is the systems BIN number it uses to store your Speed Dial info )
  4. Enter your number excatly the way you would dial it normally.
  5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for more numbers, or dial FEATURE 00 to save and exit programming.

Use Personal Speed Dials

  • Press FEATURE and dial your two digit BIN number.

 
 

System Speed Dials

These Speed Dials are accessable from ALL Extensions,
and must be programmed by your Office Adminstrator form Extension 10 or 11 only.

  1. With the Handset in the cradel...

  2. Dial FEATURE 00
    Screen should read - Program Ext 10 or 11

  3. Dial FEATURE and select a two digit code from 20 - 79
    ( This is the systems BIN number it uses to store your Speed Dial info )
    • If a number is assigned already to the code, the number appears on the display.
    • If no number is assigned to the code, a display shows - Blank

  4. Enter your number. The information appears on your display.

  5. At this point:
    • To program another System Speed Dial number, start from Step 3.

    • To program over an existing number, enter the new number after selecting the two-digit code.

    • To remove a System Speed Dial number, enter the numbers two-digit code and press MIC/HFAI once.

  6. Press FEATURE 00 to save your information and exit programming mode.
 
 

Use Personal Speed Dials

  • Press FEATURE and dial your two digit BIN number.

 
 

One Touch Speed Dials

These Speed Dials are asigned to any unused button on your telephone.
Programm these on a per phone basis.

  1. With the Handset in the cradel...

  2. Dial FEATURE 00
    Screen should read - Program Ext ("yours")
  3. Press the button you wish to program as a Speed Dial.
    • If a number is assigned already to this button, the number appears on the display.
    • If no number is assigned to the code, a display shows - Blank
  4. Enter your number excatly the way you would dial it normally.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for more numbers, or dial FEATURE 00 to save and exit programming.

Use Personal Speed Dials

  • Press your new Speed Dial button.
