Personal Speed Dials
50 personal speed dials accessible from your telephone ONLY.
- With telephone idle, and handset in cradle.
- Dial Transfer 105. You see on the second line 00:
- The system is asking for a Bin Number to store your Speed Dial Number.
   You have 00 49 as Bin Numbers
- Display shows:
[Your Ext] SPEED DIAL

- Press the Third Soft Key to move cursor over into blank field.
   ( Soft Keys those small keys just below the LCD Screen)
- Enter a Line access code - 9 (System needs this to dial out)
- Enter telephone number up to 18 digits, including *, #.
- Press Third Soft Key to store number.
- Phone beeps and display resets to show information entered.
- Volume Up to move to next Bin Number and repeat steps 4 thru 7.
- Press Redial key to enter Speed Dial Name. (Redial = 2 buttons above ANS/RLS button)
- Use Volume Up / Down to specify Bin Number.
- Press Third Soft Key to move cursor over to blank field.
- Press the corresponding Keypad Button until desired letter appears.
- Press Volume Up / Down to move cursor to next / previous position.
- Press Third Soft Key to save info.
- Phone beeps and display resets to show information entered.
- Repeat steps 10 thru 14 until happy.
- Press Transfer to save and exit programming.
Programming System Speed Dials
500 System Speed Dials accessible from ANY telephone.
Note: This should be done by the System Administrator Only.
- Press Transfer Key and dial 200 . Enter access code 1234 .
- Press Volume Up to Enable programming.
- Press Transfer Key again to exit, and display will return to normal.
- Dial Transfer 705 to assign Speed Dial Number to Bins 500 999.
- Follow steps 4 thru 7 above to enter Speed Dial info.

Press Memory Key ,
Dial Speed Dial Bin Number (00-49) or (500-999)
