- Press Voicemail button on your telephone.
- When asked to enter your passcode, dial *.
- When you hear the main greeting, press * again.
- When asked for your mailbox number, enter 999.
- Enter Access Code. Enter 9876.

- From the Mailbox Owner's Menu,
dial 9 to reach the Administrative Options Menu.
- Dial 3 for system configuration.
- Dial 3 to set the time.
- Follow prompts as instructed
