Time Change


616, 1224, 2448 and 96EX Systems

At the attendant station - and handset in the cradle...

  1. Press ON/OFF button

  2. Dial 76 on the dial pad

  3. Enter time and date as follows: YY MM DD HH MM
    • YY= Year (01)
    • MM= Month (01-12)
    • DD= Day (01-31)
    • HH= Hour (00-23) - in Military Time
    • MM= Minute (00-59)

    EXAMPLE = March 12, 2007 at 8:00am = 07, 03, 12, 08, 00
    When the correct number of digits are entered,
    a confirmation tone will sound.

  4. Press HOLD

Telephone returns to normal.
Time is now changed on all telephones.


Vodavi Digital

At the attendant station - and handset in the cradle...

  1. Dial 692 on the dial pad

  2. Enter Time and Date in the following format: YY MM DD HH MM
    YY= Year (01)
    MM= Month (01-12)
    DD= Day (01-31)
    HH= Hour (00-23) - in Military Time
    MM= Minute (00-59)

  3. When the correct number of digits are entered, confirmation tone will be heard.

    EXAMPLE = March 12, 2007 at 8:00am = 07, 03, 12, 08, 00

    When the correct number of digits are entered,
    a confirmation tone will sound.

  4. Press the ON/OFF button to save.

    Telephone returns to normal.
    Time is now changed on all telephones.


DHS

At the attendant station - and handset in the cradle...

  1. Press: FEATURE # *
    Display reads - DB PSWD.
  2. Enter Password - 000000
  3. Press the top soft key that corresponds to SHOW.
  4. Press the top soft key that corresponds to NEXT four times.
    The display should read - RESOURCE.
  5. Press SHOW.
  6. Press NEXT sixteen times.
    The display should read - SYSTEM DATE; TIME
  7. Press SHOW
    The display should read - YEAR
  8. Press CHG and enter (2) digit year.
  9. Press NEXT
    The display should read - MONTH
  10. Press CHG until proper month appears.
  11. Press NEXT
    The display should read - DAY
  12. Press CHG and enter (2) digit day.
  13. Press NEXT
    The display should read - WEEKDAY
  14. Press CHG until proper weekday appears.
  15. Press NEXT
    The display should read - HOUR
  16. Press CHG and enter (2) digit hour.
  17. Press NEXT
    The display should read - MINUTE
  18. Press CHG and enter (2) digit minute.
  19. Press SAVE
  20. Press the ON/OFF button to save.


STSe

At the attendant station - and handset in the cradle...

At Extension 100.

(1) - Dial 692. A confirmation tone will sound.

(2) - Display will read: YYMMDDHHMM

(3) - Enter data as follows:

YY = Year (00-99)
MM = Month (01-12)
DD = Date (01-31)
HH = Hour (00-23) - in Military Time
MM = Minute (00-59) YY = Year (00-99)

EXAMPLE = March 12, 2007 at 8:00am = 07, 03, 12, 08, 00

When the correct number of digits are entered,
a confirmation tone will sound.

(4) - Press the ON/OFF button to save.

Telephone returns to normal.
Time is now changed on all telephones.


Starmail Voicemail

  1. Press the Voicemail button on your phone.

  2. Press 8 to return to the main greeting.

  3. Dial **456# to enter Administrative Programming.

  4. At the "Enter Function" prompt, dial 320# .

  5. After playing the current time, the system will prompt you through entering the new time.
    Be sure to enter 1 for AM or 2 for PM.

  6. Press # to confirm.

  7. Press # again until the prompt says "Enter Function".

  8. At the "Enter Function" prompt, dial 111# to exit programming.
